Hi, I’m Alison (Ali) Henderson, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to AliCat Pets. I’ve been working full time in the pet care industry since 2018, and now I’m proud to say my husband Barney is part of the business too. Together, we’re dedicated to giving your pets the love and attention they deserve.

At AliCat Pets, we treat every pet as if they’re part of our family. Pet care is our profession, so while we might leave the house from time to time, your fur child will never be left alone for long periods. We’re based in Newport, Victoria, and focus mainly on the inner west suburbs of Melbourne—including Altona, Altona Meadows, Altona North, Footscray, Kingsville, Newport, Point Cook, Seabrook, Seaholme, Seddon, South Kingsville, Spotswood, Werribee, Williamstown, Williamstown North, and Yarraville. If you live outside these areas, please get in touch anyway—we’d love to help if we can.

We believe home boarding in a family household is the least stressful option for your dog while you’re away. If your pet is happier staying in their own home, we’re happy to visit and care for them there or even stay overnight if that's what they would prefer. We also offer pick-up and drop-off services for added convenience.

Our main services include Home Boarding, Day Care, and Home Visits. AliCat Pets is fully registered as a Domestic Animal Business with Hobsons Bay Council. We both hold current National Police Checks and are qualified in Pet Tech First Aid and CPR, so you can relax knowing your pets are in safe, professional hands
